As a SE Consultant you will play a crucial role in our company by bridging the gap between our technical solutions and the unique needs of our customers. In this position, you will be instrumental in convincing potential customers of the value and benefits of our products and services.

Your Job

• Consulting and implementation support for our customers on processes, control and optimization in all SRM topic areas
• Specification, configuration, test and usage management in cooperation with SRM consultants of the respective project team
• Management or collaboration in internal and presales / customer projects
• Dedicated customer care (Key Account Consulting)
• Conducting value driven solution demonstrations and technical/security-related presentations
• Proactively transferring knowledge and conducting trainings and workshops
• Supporting partner management during the ramp-up of new partners
• Calculating and presenting customer ROI
• Providing technical support during lead generation and marketing events

Your Profile

• Completed degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, or a comparable qualification
• Experience in Procurement or Supply Chain Management
• Initial experience in using and selling cloud services, standard software (SaaS), or eCommerce projects
• High IT affinity and a solid understanding of cloud solutions in the procurement environment are advantageous
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, engineering, and marketing, to ensure solutions align with customer requirements and market trends.
• Strong presentation and public-speaking abilities, capable of delivering compelling demonstrations and technical pitches
• Positive attitude, communicative, well-organized, and an excellent team player
• Excellent Swedish and English language skills. Another Nordic language would be a plus
