As our new Product Owner Platform (m/f/d), you will leverage your strong communication skills to effectively translate the needs and requirements of our customers and internal stakeholders into solution. Your role is crucial in ensuring that all members of the scrum team have a clear understanding of project goals and expectations. Additionally, we expect you to take full ownership of the products assigned to you.
This position demands a blend of autonomy and creativity, along with the flexibility to adapt when decisions differ from your initial ideas. 
Your job
As our new Product Owner Onventis Platform (m/f/d), you: 
  • create, together with the Team lead, the Onventis Platform roadmap 
  • interview colleagues and customer to identify needs and explain them to the Product team 
  • work together with the team on solution concepts
  • manage and adapt the product backlog based on feedback of previous sprints  
  • actively think along in solving product and process problems
  • regularly consult with the other Product Owners and Product Managers 
  • communicate to the company on changes and new features 
  • constantly evaluate the progress and overall status of the product towards achieving the product vision 
Your Profile
  • Your English is excellent, both written and verbal. English is the main communication language
  • You worked in Agile software development Teams before 
  • You are known to concepts of Identity Management. You understand the basics of network communication, and you are knowledgeable on different kinds of Webinterfaces. Internationalization of software is also no strangers to you 
  • It's a plus to have software-development experience and to understand basic Software-architectures 
  • You do have the ability to analyze data, derive insights, and make data-driven decisions 
  • You worked at least 3 years in the Software Development Business
  • You have experience with internal and external stakeholder management 
  • You are a real team player  
  • Last but not least, you are truly a “product” person who knows what it mean to take ownership
