Why This Role Matters
As a Customer Service Specialist, you’ll be our
Customer Service representative in Sweden, supporting Nordic customers with their questions, guiding them through best practices, and helping resolve issues to ensure a smooth experience with the Onventis platform – a leading SaaS solution for procurement and spend management.
Many of our Nordic customers use Onventis Analytics to gain insights into their procurement and spend data. If you enjoy working with data and helping others turn insights into action, this role will fit you well. You’ll work closely with colleagues from other departments on site and our international Customer Service team across Europe. This is a role for someone who enjoys autonomy, clear communication, and taking ownership in a collaborative, trust-based environment.
Your Role at a Glance
As the trusted advisor for our clients, you’ll guide them throughout their journey with us.
You will:
Be the first point of contact for our customers via our service portal, email, and phone, helping them make the most of our platform and analytics tools
Analyse, reproduce, and document functional or technical issues and follow up until resolved
Collaborate with Product Management, Consulting, and Development to improve the customer experience
Support onboarding and account setup for new customers
Keep documentation, FAQs, and internal knowledge bases up to date
Your Experience and Skills
We are looking for someone with:
Relevant post-secondary education (e.g. business, IT, or administration) or equivalent experience
2–5 years of experience in customer service, application support, or a similar B2B / SaaS role
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an interest in data and reporting
Basic technical understanding (SaaS platforms, integrations, or ticketing tools)
Fluent in Swedish and English, spoken and written – both used daily
Service-minded, structured, and reliable – you take initiative, collaborate well, and see things through
Comfortable working independently in a small local setting while being part of an international team
